Our Disposition of this case turns on whether the Winery has a claim under the Washington Products Liability Act (WPLA) for the defective tank that Collons sold the Winery and for the Winery's subsequent loss of the wine stored in the tank. Applying risk of harm analysis, we agree that WPLA's exclusion for consequential economic losses, RCW 7.72.010(6), applies. Thus, we affirm.
